Mozart's Correspondence - Documents of a Man of Genius

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of Mozart’s birth the complete edition of the letters and writings is being issued in paperback. It includes the entire correspondence between Mozart and his family, beginning with a letter of 1755 from his father Leopold to the Augsburg publisher Lotter, and ending with Constanze’s last will and testament. In addition to the letters, the edition also includes all diaries, travelogues, work lists, and album entries, all with detailed annotations. Several indices provide easy access to the contents.

The new volume 8 contains letters and writings of Mozart and his father that were discovered after the first edition had gone to press, as well as a detailed introduction and bibliography by Ulrich Konrad.
